A powered pen moves a sterile cartridge of very fine needles through the skin at a set depth and speed. The channels close within hours. What matters is the repair that follows.

Your body reads the channels as something to mend and lays down new collagen and elastin doing it. That new tissue is what lifts a scar floor, evens a texture and firms a jawline. It is built, not applied, which is why it holds.

Inside one session

  • Cleanse, then topical numbing for about 20 minutes
  • Depth set for your concern. Deeper on scarring, lighter across thin skin
  • The pass itself, roughly 20 minutes across the face
  • A recovery serum and barrier support to finish

The course

  • 3 sessions, face
  • 4 to 6 weeks apart, which is how long the collagen response takes to finish
  • Each session builds on the last, so session 3 is working on skin session 1 already improved
  • Photographs at session 1 and session 3 from the same marked position

Why 3 and not 1

One session gives you a short lived plumping. 3 gives you a measurable change in texture and scar depth. If you only want one, book a single visit instead and keep your money.

The appointment

About 75 minutes with numbing. The pass itself feels like sandpaper and vibration, sharper along the forehead and jaw where skin sits close to bone.

Afterwards

Red and warm like a strong sunburn for 12 to 24 hours. Day 2 you look flushed. Day 3 to 5 the skin feels tight and slightly rough as it sheds. Most people are back in makeup on day 3.

What to do at home

  • Nothing active for 5 days. No retinol, no acids, no scrubs
  • Barrier cream and hypochlorous spray only for the first 48 hours
  • SPF every day without exception. New collagen burns easily
  • No sweating, saunas or hot yoga for 48 hours

When you see it

A fresh glow at about day 7. The real change lands 4 to 6 weeks after each session as the collagen finishes forming, so the full result of your course arrives around 6 weeks after session 3.

Does it hurt?

It is uncomfortable rather than painful once you are numb. Tell us at any point and we adjust the depth.

Cancelling and rescheduling

24 hours notice to move an appointment and we will find you another slot that week. Inside 24 hours is a $50 late cancellation. A no show without notice is $100.

How long you have

Your 3 sessions do not expire while you are working through the course. We will book them at the right spacing at your first visit.

Refunds

Services, treatment plans and prepaid series are final sale. Payments are non refundable and non transferable, and packages may not be shared.

If your plan needs to change on clinical grounds, The Glow Lab may issue an internal credit toward alternative services at its discretion. Credits have no cash value, are non transferable, must be used by the original client, and are issued by 1547310 B.C. LTD.
