We’re committed to delivering your skincare essentials with care and efficiency. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship products within Canada only.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery Times
Shipping times vary based on location, but most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after processing.
We ship from our Maple Ridge, BC location using Shopify’s integrated shipping partners to ensure secure and timely delivery.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your address, package weight, and selected delivery speed.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven’t received your tracking email within 3 business days, please contact us at hello@theglowlab.ca.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
While we strive for seamless delivery, The Glow Lab is not responsible for:

Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and a photo (if applicable).
In-Store Pickup
Local clients may choose in-store pickup at our Maple Ridge clinic during business hours. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
