How many sessions do I actually need?
Most clients see significant results after 6 to 8 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart. Hair grows in cycles, and the laser only affects hair in the active growth phase, which is why consistent treatment over time produces lasting reduction. Some clients need maintenance sessions 2 to 4 times a year after their initial series.
Does it work on dark skin or tanned skin?
Yes. The Aerolase Neo Elite is specifically designed to be safe and effective on every skin tone, including darker skin and post-summer tan. Many older laser systems are not safe on darker tones. The Neo Elite is. We do a patch test at your first appointment to confirm comfort.
How painful is it really?
Most clients describe it as warm, not painful. The Neo Elite's 650-microsecond pulse plus built-in cooling means there's no burning or stinging like older lasers. No numbing cream required.
What's the difference between Series of 6 and Monthly Membership?
The Series of 6 is your clinical reduction plan, paid upfront, sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart. Most people see significant results by session 4 or 5. The Monthly Membership is ongoing maintenance or rolling treatment across multiple areas, billed monthly with a 6-month minimum. Many clients start with a Series of 6 then graduate into the Membership.
Can I treat multiple areas at the same appointment?
Yes. We commonly treat several areas in one visit. Combined treatments are also priced as a combo, which saves vs paying for each separately. Ask at your consult.
What if I miss my membership month?
Membership sessions do not roll over. Unused months are forfeited. This is industry standard for laser memberships because consistency, not stockpiling, is what produces reduction.
What's the cancellation policy?
24+ hours notice is free to cancel or reschedule. Under 24 hours notice is a 50% charge to your card on file. No-show is 100% charge.
Is laser hair removal permanent?
The clinical term is "permanent reduction" not permanent removal. After a full Series of 6 you should see 70 to 90% reduction in hair density that lasts. Some maintenance is typically needed 2 to 4 times a year to maintain results, especially in hormonally driven areas like the face.
