Not sure which Plan is yours?
Book a consult and we will map it with you in person.
One method. Every Plan moves through it.
Every Plan starts where your skin actually is and moves through 4 phases, paced clinically. Each phase below shows which Plans live there.
Stabilize
Reduce inflammation. Regulate the barrier. Calm reactivity. The foundation that makes everything else safe.
Correct
Target the actual issue: acne cycles, pigment, vascular redness, follicle reduction, controlled exfoliation.
Refine
Texture refinement. Collagen rebuild. Real plumpness without injectables. Tone and finish work.
Maintain
Hold the work. Monthly maintenance through The Glow Lab Society keeps results compounding instead of resetting.
Built around results, not pressure.
Every Plan at The Glow Lab is structured around the same 5 non-negotiables, regardless of which one you choose.
Clinically calibrated
Every session sequenced and paced around your skin's actual response, not a generic package timeline.
Plan-based pacing
Treatments stacked in the right order at the right interval. Stabilize, Correct, Refine, Maintain.
No injectable pressure
We don't upsell fillers or neuromodulators. Real collagen and tone work through structured laser and microneedling.
Measured, not guessed
Every Plan opens and closes with a VISIA Gen 7 scan, scored across spots, texture, pores, redness and UV damage. You see the numbers, not just the mirror.
Your money moves with you
If your Glow Report shows you bought the wrong Plan for your skin, the value moves to the right one. We move you before we start, every time.

Why a Plan, not random treatments.
A single facial feels productive in the moment. It rarely changes the underlying skin. This is why every offering at The Glow Lab is structured as a Plan.
Sequence beats intensity.
Skin doesn't respond to the strongest treatment. It responds to the right treatment at the right interval. Plans sequence modalities so each session builds on the last instead of resetting the work.
Pacing protects the barrier.
Booking random treatments often triggers reactivity, post-inflammatory pigment, or barrier compromise. A Plan paces sessions clinically so you progress without rebounding.
Predictable, not promotional.
You know what you're booking, when, and why. No surprise add-ons. No guessing what to do next. The Plan handles the decision fatigue so you can show up and let the work happen.

What is The Glow Lab Method?
The Glow Lab Method is a 4-phase, plan-based clinical approach to skin care. Stabilize the barrier. Correct the underlying concern. Refine texture and collagen. Maintain results through monthly membership care.
Every Plan moves through this sequence at a pace calibrated to your skin. It's the difference between booking random treatments and following a structured pathway designed to compound results over months, not chase quick wins.
How do I choose between the 4 Plans?
Each Plan is calibrated for a specific concern.
The Clear Skin Plan™ is for active acne, breakouts, and texture concerns. The Calm + Even Plan™ is for sensitivity, redness, rosacea, sunspots, or melasma. The Strong Skin Plan™ is for fine lines and collagen rebuild without injectables. Smooth Skin is for permanent hair reduction via laser.
The fastest way to know which one is yours: book a consult. We look at your skin together and map it from there.
Should I buy the Laser Hair Removal Series of 6 or the Membership?
Both use Aerolase NeoHair and are safe across all Fitzpatrick skin types I to VI. The difference is the structure.
The Series of 6 is a one-time investment with a defined finish line. Small Area $385, Medium Area $790, Large Area $1,580. Great if you want to complete the work and stop.
The Membership is for ongoing monthly maintenance. Small $119/mo, Medium $189/mo, Large $279/mo. Great if you want hair removal handled in perpetuity at the lowest monthly rate we'll ever offer.
How do I pay for a Plan?
Pay in full online, or use any installment option Shop Pay offers you at checkout.
If you would rather split it another way, we arrange that with you in person. Book your Glow Report or email info@glowlabwellness.ca and we will sort it out.
This is a permanent in-house option. You don't need to wait for a sale or a promo to access it.
Which Plan is best for melasma or hyperpigmentation?
The Calm + Even Plan™. It's specifically calibrated for reactive skin, melasma, sunspots, and uneven tone.
We stabilize the barrier first, then layer in pigment correction with Aerolase NeoSkin and gentle, melasma-safe pacing. We deliberately avoid aggressive exfoliation or modalities that can rebound pigment in melasma-prone skin.
Which Plan rebuilds collagen without injectables?
The Strong Skin Plan™. It pairs Aerolase Face Rejuvenation with DP4 Microneedling, The Glow Lab Peel Series, LightStim LED, and dermaplaning.
Real collagen change is typically visible by month 3 to 6. No fillers, no neuromodulators, no injectable pressure. Just structured clinical work that supports your skin's own collagen production over time.
How long until I see results?
Initial visible change usually happens between weeks 4 and 8.
Full Plan results land by month 3 to 6 depending on which Plan you're on. Acne tends to show shifts earlier. Collagen rebuild takes longer because real collagen turnover takes 90 days minimum, no matter what anyone is selling you.
Are Glow Lab treatments safe for darker skin tones?
Yes. Aerolase, our primary laser modality, is safe across all Fitzpatrick skin types I to VI. This applies to NeoSkin, NeoAcne, NeoClear, and NeoHair laser hair removal.
All Plans are calibrated to skin tone, sensitivity, and history at consult. We don't run a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Why does The Glow Lab only sell Plans, not single treatments?
Because skin responds to clinical pacing, not isolated sessions.
A Plan sequences the right treatment at the right interval, in the right order, so each phase builds on the last. One-off services can feel productive in the moment but they rarely change the underlying issue. Plans are how results compound. That's the entire reason we exist as a clinic.
