Calm + Even Plan™ | Melasma + Rosacea
Calm + Even Plan™ | Melasma + Rosacea
Pigment and redness are not the same problem, and treating them the same way is how people end up worse.
2 options, split by what your skin is actually doing. 6 visits over 12 to 18 weeks. Both include your VISIA Glow Report scans, a product credit and a 4oz Hale Derma.
You are not locked in. Your Glow Report confirms the option before we start. If your skin needs the other one, your money moves with you.
Melasma Correction
Correct pigment without triggering rebound.
Your 6 treatments
- Aerolase NeoCorrect × 3, pigment-safe correction
- Essential Oxygen Regenerative Peel × 1, the prep step
- Essential 30% Glycolic & Lactic Peel × 2, corrective depth
Also included
- 2 Glow Report VISIA scans, first visit and last
- A mid-plan check in and a written maintenance plan
- $150 product credit toward your GlyMed home care
- A 4oz Hale Derma, yours on day one
The 30% Glycolic and Lactic peel has prerequisites. This plan does that groundwork inside itself, which is why it opens on the Oxygen Regenerative peel rather than going straight to depth.
Rosacea Calm
Calm the reactivity without provoking it.
Your 6 treatments
- Aerolase NeoCalm × 3, the redness wavelength
- Essential Peptide Perfection Peel × 3, the only peel in our series we clear for rosacea
Also included
- 2 Glow Report VISIA scans, first visit and last
- A mid-plan check in and a written maintenance plan
- $150 product credit toward your GlyMed home care
- A 4oz Hale Derma, yours on day one
Built for reactive skin. Nothing in this plan is layered or gated, and every step is chosen to work without provoking your barrier.
Why a plan costs more than the treatments in it
You could book these 6 one at a time. What you could not book is the order they go in, the depth each one runs at, or the decision about what changes when your skin responds differently to the plan on paper. That sequencing is the treatment.
Your VISIA scan at the first visit sets the baseline and the scan at the last one shows what moved, so the result is measured instead of remembered. In between you get a check in and a written maintenance plan, and your appointments are held and spaced correctly rather than fitted in whenever there is a gap.
Book the 6 separately and you get 6 treatments. Book the plan and you get a decision, made by the person who has been looking at your skin the whole way through.

The Calm Plan is for the woman whose skin reacts to everything and whose pigment keeps coming back.
You will love this if:
- Your face flushes, stings or flares and you can never work out what set it off
- You have melasma or sun damage that fades over winter and returns every summer
- Someone treated you with IPL or a laser before and your skin came out worse
- You have stripped your routine back to almost nothing and it still reacts
- You want your tone even without gambling your barrier to get there
Which option do I need?
Melasma Correction. Six visits over twelve to eighteen weeks. For melasma and sun damage that fades and then comes back.
Rosacea Calm. Six visits over twelve to eighteen weeks. For redness, flushing and rosacea on skin that reacts to almost everything.
If your skin is more breakout or aging focused, we will route you into the Clear Plan or the Strong Plan. Your scan decides that, and we tell you before you pay.
Not sure where you start? Book The Glow Report. Forty-five minutes, a full VISIA read of your skin, and a written plan. $149, and it comes off any Plan or membership you start.
The Calm Plan follows The Glow Lab Method at the pace reactive skin needs.
Phase 1: Calm
Aerolase NeoCalm settles the vascular activity driving your redness and flushing. The 1064nm wavelength passes through the surface and works underneath it, with no ablation and no barrier damage. That is what makes it safe on skin another laser has already hurt.
Phase 2: Correct
In Melasma Correction, NeoCorrect breaks up the pigment and the peel series lifts it out. That option opens on the Oxygen Regenerative Peel because the 30% Glycolic and Lactic has prerequisites, so the plan does that groundwork inside itself. Rosacea Calm runs NeoCalm with the Peptide Perfection Peel, the only peel in our series cleared for rosacea, and nothing there is layered or gated.
Phase 3: Hold
Your homecare keeps the barrier strong. A compromised barrier is how pigment finds its way back.
Why we go slower here
Reactive skin needs wider spacing between laser sessions than acne skin does. Push the pace and you trigger the rebound you came in to fix. Your six visits run over twelve to eighteen weeks for that reason, and both options are spaced the same way.
Your sun protection and homecare plan is written for you at your first visit. Everything we do here comes undone without it.
Your timeline.
Redness and flushing settle first, often inside two or three sessions. Pigment moves slower. Expect visible fading between weeks 8 and 16, and full correction closer to the end of your plan.
Pigment is patient work, and going fast is how it comes back.
What do the VISIA scans show?
VISIA Gen 7 imaging at your first treatment and your last, scored across brown spots, UV damage, redness, texture and pores. The first scan builds your plan. The last one shows you the difference.
Already had a Glow Report? That one becomes your baseline, your final scan is still included, and your $149 comes off your Plan.
Common questions
I was burned by IPL. How is this different?
IPL fires a broad spectrum of light and heats melanin near the surface, which is how it scorches pigmented skin. The Aerolase delivers one wavelength in a 650 microsecond pulse, short enough to stay under the threshold that damages the surface. We start conservative, and we check how your skin answered before we change anything.
Could this make my melasma worse?
That is the risk the whole plan is designed around. Settings and pacing are chosen for your Fitzpatrick type, and the 1064nm wavelength is safe across all of them. If your midpoint scan shows pigment moving the wrong way, we change the plan.
Is there downtime?
The laser has none past a few hours of warmth. The Oxygen Regenerative Peel does no stinging and no flaking. The stronger peels flake lightly for two to three days.
Can I do this in summer?
Yes, with daily SPF and no deliberate sun. If your exposure means we should wait, we will say so at your Glow Report.
What is my product credit for?
Homecare, and on this plan it carries more weight than any other. Pigment holds or returns based on your barrier and your sun protection. Your 4oz Hale Derma is yours on day one.
What happens after I finish?
You move into Maintain, which is The Glow Lab Society. Your monthly treatment and quarterly scans keep your tone where you got it to.
Every plan here is built for your skin, your phase and your goals, so all services, programs and memberships are final sale.
