You do not have to, but almost everyone should. It is 45 minutes, it costs $149, and it comes straight off your first month if you join. Everything runs through Jane, the same system that holds your appointments and your chart. Your card is stored securely there, your membership bills automatically on the same day each month, and your booking history and your Glow Reports all live in one place. One login, one record, nothing scattered across 3 apps.

Change it every single month if you want. Every tier is a your-choice tier, so you pick from your tier's menu each time. Let us know by the 5th. If we do not hear from you, we book whatever you had last time so nothing stalls.

Then finish it first. The Society is the maintain phase, and starting it mid-correction usually slows both things down. Tell us where you are at your Glow Report and we will time your start properly. Anyone who has finished a Glow Lab Plan moves straight into Signature or Reserve at preferred pricing.

Yes. Aerolase Skin Rejuvenation sits in Signature, and the protocol is customised at every visit to whatever your skin is doing, whether that is redness, acne or pigmentation. On its own it runs $350. The laser was never the expensive part of our week, so we have never seen a good reason to make it the expensive tier.

That is what the quarterly Glow Report is for. If your skin has stabilised you may drop a tier and save money. If something has flared, you may move up for a while and come back down. Both directions are available after month 3 with 30 days written notice, and we will tell you honestly which way to go.

Yes, the full GlyMed line. In Essential a peel is one of your monthly options and you pick the strength your skin can take, from a gentle oxygen resurfacing through to a 30% glycolic. In Reserve a peel is built into the Aerolase combination. In Signature you can add one to your monthly treatment at member pricing. Peels are how we speed up turnover without pushing your barrier, so they end up inside most plans one way or another.

Always. Say you are on Essential and want microneedling this month, or you are on Signature and want a peel added. You pay the difference at member pricing rather than the full rate, and it is decided in the room rather than arranged in advance. Your tier does not change and neither does your billing.

Book the second at member add-on pricing. This comes up most often during an active correction phase, or before a wedding or an event. If it starts happening every month, that usually means your tier is too small and we will say so at your Glow Report.

No joining fee. Your first payment is taken the day you enrol, minus the $149 from your Glow Report, then on that same date every month after. It runs through Jane on the card you already have on file for bookings, so there is no second system to set up. Prices are in Canadian dollars and GST is added at checkout.

Then we build around it. Pregnancy, certain medications, some conditions and recent sun exposure can all put laser off the table, temporarily or permanently. Essential is entirely laser-free, and Signature has microneedling and HydraFacial Deluxe alongside the Aerolase options. Tell us at your Glow Report and we will place you somewhere that genuinely works.

Most people notice their skin behaving better within 2 to 3 months. Visible change in tone, texture or clarity usually shows around month 3 or 4, which is exactly why the minimum term is 3 months and why the first Glow Report lands at 90 days. Maintenance is not dramatic, it is cumulative. The report exists so you can watch it accumulate rather than take it on faith.

Take-home skincare is not included, though you get 15% off the full shelf. Injectables are not included. Anything outside your tier's menu is available at member add-on pricing rather than free. We would rather be clear than have you discover it later.
