Hi, I'm Britt. I started The Glow Lab because I was tired of watching women try to build clinical results in pieces. One peel here. One facial there. A laser they tried twice and gave up on.

What's the minimum commitment?
3 months. After that, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
Why 3 months instead of 6?
Because 3 months is one full skin cycle. Long enough to feel a real difference. Short enough that joining doesn't feel like a leap.
Will I actually use my membership?
This is the most common concern, and the structure handles it. Your treatment banks for 90 days if you miss a month. You can gift a treatment to a friend every 3 months. You can pause for 60 days a year. The membership is built to flex around your life, so the value compounds even when life gets busy.
What if I miss a month?
Your treatment banks for 90 days (90 days across all tiers). You won't lose it.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime with 30 days notice. Your founder rate stays locked at the tier you originally joined.
What if I want to pause?
You can pause up to 60 days per calendar year for life events (pregnancy, surgery, travel, illness). Just message us.
How do I redeem my gift token?
Send your friend in. Mention you're a Society member. We'll redeem from your account directly.
Are products included?
No. The Society is service-focused. Take-home skincare is available at the clinic.
Can I add other services on top of my membership?
Yes. Book any non-membership service at our standard rate. You can also add upgrades to your monthly treatment (LED, lip flip, etc.).
Does my founder rate ever change?
No. Your founder rate is locked for life, as long as your membership stays active.
What happens if I cancel?
After your 3-month minimum, you can cancel with 30 days notice. If you re-join later, you'll join at the then-current standard rate, not founder pricing.
What if I'm currently in a Plan or Program?
Finish your Plan or Program first. Once complete, you automatically qualify for lifetime founder pricing on Signature or Reserve, regardless of when founder spots close.
Can I gift the whole membership?
Not yet. Gift one treatment at a time, every 3 months. Full membership gifting is on the roadmap.

01 · Commitment
3-month minimum from your signup date. After that, cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Auto-renews monthly until you cancel.
02 · Founder Rate
Locked for life. Your founder rate is yours as long as your membership stays active without lapse. Non-transferable.
03 · Banking
Treatments bank for 90 days (120 for Reserve) if unused. Maximum 3 banked treatments at any time. Expired treatments cannot be reinstated.
04 · Gifting
One transferable gift token unlocks every 3 months. Covers a tier-equivalent treatment for a friend. 90-day expiry. Recipient must be new or 12+ months lapsed.
05 · Pausing
Pause up to 60 days per calendar year for any life reason. Billing pauses too. Membership term extends. Founder rate stays locked.
06 · Tier Changes
Upgrade or downgrade anytime with 30 days notice. Your founder rate stays locked at your original tier. No tier-shopping within 90 days.
07 · Billing
Monthly billing on your signup anniversary date via Recharge. Failed payment retries on day 3, 5, and 7. Membership paused at day 7, cancelled at day 30 if unresolved.
08 · Annual Prepay
Annual prepay is 10 months for 12. Refundable within 14 days of purchase. Non-refundable after.
09 · Program Grads
Complete a Glow Lab Program (Clear Skin, Pigment Eraser, Skin Reset, etc.) and you auto-qualify for lifetime founder pricing on Signature or Reserve, even after the founder cap closes.
10 · Non-Stacking
Member perks may not be combined with promotions, discount codes, or other offers, unless explicitly stated.
11 · Add-Ons
Members can add non-included services at standard rates. Reserve members can upgrade their Express HF to Deluxe for $29 in-clinic. Injectables are not included in any tier.
12 · Personal
Society membership is personal and non-transferable. Gift tokens and Reserve guest passes are the only transferable items.
