Britt reviews your skin in person, identifies the actual pattern behind what you're seeing, and confirms or adjusts the Plan recommendation from your Quiz.
Your first treatment, paced clinically
If your Plan calls for it, you start your first session. HydraFacial, Aerolase, dermaplaning, or a layered combination. Every step explained as we go.
Your Plan, mapped to your calendar
You leave with your full Plan written out, your next session booked, and any home-care recommendations only if they actually fit. No upsell. No product bag you didn't ask for.

Parking
Free street and visitor parking are available. The Glow Lab is wheelchair-accessible and pet-free.
What to wear
Whatever you arrived in. We provide hair wraps and clean treatment linens. No makeup needs to come off before you arrive.
Cancellation
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Life happens, we'll work with you.

What if I'm not sure I'm a good candidate?
There is no wrong starting point at The Glow Lab. We have built Plans for clients with rosacea, sensitive skin, adult acne that has not responded to anything, sun damage, scars, and women who simply want their skin to age the way it deserves to. Your Plan starts where your skin is.
Do I have to commit to a Plan on my first visit?
No. Your first step is the Skin Quiz, which is free and takes 90 seconds. It routes you to the Plan that fits your skin and gives you a $50 credit toward your first treatment. You only commit when you are ready.
Will I be pressured to buy products?
No. The Glow Lab Method is structured around clinical pacing, not retail. We will only recommend what your Plan actually needs. Most clients leave their first visit with a clear next step, not a bag of products.
Is laser safe for sensitive or darker skin tones?
Yes. The Aerolase 1064nm Nd:YAG technology is safe across all Fitzpatrick skin types I through VI when used at the correct settings. Many of our most-loved Plans were built around clients other clinics turned away.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer a 3-Payment Plan on all Skin Plans and Programs: 25 percent down at booking, with the remaining balance split across 30 and 60 days. No interest. No credit check.
How long do results typically take?
Most clients see initial change within one to three sessions. Lasting change comes through the full Plan series, paced over six to twelve weeks depending on which Plan you're on. We map the timeline at your first visit.
