Terms of Service & Treatment Credit Policy

By booking an appointment, purchasing services or products, enrolling in a treatment package, or checking the required agreement box at checkout, you (“the client”) acknowledge and agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions:


1. Elective Nature of Services

All treatments offered at The Glow Lab are elective, cosmetic, and non-medically necessary.
By proceeding, you agree that:

  • Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed

  • You are voluntarily undergoing treatment

  • You are responsible for disclosing complete and accurate medical information

  • The Glow Lab is not liable for any adverse effects, delayed healing, or complications


2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds are provided for:

  • Services (rendered or unrendered)

  • Prepaid packages or series

  • Deposits or prepayments

  • Promotional or discounted treatments

  • Gift cards or store credits

This applies even in cases of dissatisfaction, scheduling conflicts, or changes in circumstances.


3. Treatment Credit Policy

In select cases, non-refundable treatment credit may be issued at management’s discretion if you’re unable to complete a package or series.
If approved:

  • Sessions already received are deducted at full single-session pricing

  • Remaining balance is converted to non-transferable, non-refundable credit

  • Cannot be used for gift cards or third-party services

  • Subject to price changes, but does not expire


4. Medical Exemptions

Clients who are medically unable to continue treatment must provide a valid physician’s note.
Approval of credit remains at the sole discretion of management—refunds will not be issued under medical circumstances.


5. Pay As You Glow Policy

By enrolling in Pay As You Glow, you agree to:

  • Commit to the full series

  • Pay per session at locked-in pricing

  • Sign an agreement during your first visit

Missed or canceled sessions may result in:

  • Reversion to full single-session pricing

  • Session loss or credit adjustment (manager discretion)


6. Product Return Policy

Products may be returned for store credit only if:

  • Returned within 30 days

  • Unopened and in original condition

  • Receipt is provided

Products that are opened, discounted, or final sale are non-returnable.


7. Final Sale Items

Non-returnable and final sale items include:

  • Services (rendered or unrendered)

  • Discounted or promotional packages

  • Gift cards

  • Opened or used products


8. 48-Hour Cancellation & No-Show Policy

All changes must be made 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in:

  • 50% of the booked service charged to the card on file

  • Fee must be paid before booking future appointments

  • Applies regardless of reason, including illness or emergency


9. Liability Waiver

By receiving services at The Glow Lab, you release us from liability for:

  • Skin sensitivity, reactions, or pigment changes

  • Delayed healing or dissatisfaction

  • Emotional or psychological discomfort

Following all pre- and post-care is your responsibility. Non-compliance does not qualify you for compensation or credit.


10. Chargebacks & Disputes

You agree to resolve all concerns directly with The Glow Lab. Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested in full and may result in termination of client privileges.


11. Client Agreement

By proceeding with booking, you confirm that:

  • You understand and accept all terms above

  • You acknowledge no refunds will be issued

  • You agree to follow the treatment plan and policies provided
