Start Here

You have never had a treatment here. This is where you start.

Start with the verdict

The Glow Report, and the end of guessing

Most people arrive here having tried a lot of things and still not knowing which of them worked. The Glow Report answers that with an image instead of an opinion.

It is 45 minutes with Britt. VISIA Gen 7 imaging captures what a mirror cannot show you: pigment sitting under the surface, vascular activity, texture, pore congestion and photodamage. Then Britt reads the scan with you and tells you what is actually driving what, in plain language.

You leave with a plan written down and yours to keep. It names your next treatment, the order things happen in, and what to expect at each stage.

The Glow Report · 45 minutes · VISIA Gen 7

$149 a visit

Credited back in full toward your first membership month, or toward any Plan.

  • VISIA Gen 7 imaging, scored across spots, texture, pores, redness and UV damage
  • The read, done with you, so you understand what you are looking at before you leave
  • A written treatment path, a home routine, and where a membership fits if one does
  • Booked through Jane, not bought on this website

A card is held on file at booking. It is not charged until you are in the room, and you can reschedule free with 24 hours notice.

This is the recommended first step. Every Glow Lab Plan and every membership begins with a Glow Report, because your tier is chosen by your skin rather than your budget. If the scan later shows you started on the wrong Plan, the value moves to the right one.
  1. Book on Jane

Choose your time and put a card on file. The card holds your appointment.

  2. Come as you are

  3. 45 minutes

Imaging first, then the read. You will see your own skin at a level of detail most people never do.

  4. Your plan, in writing

A treatment path, a home routine, and your next appointment if you want it booked before you leave.

6 entry level single visits

If you would rather feel something happen before you commit to a plan, start with one of these. Each one is a single appointment. Pick the description that sounds most like your skin, and we will confirm it with you in the room.

The gentlest start

Essential Oxygen Regenerative Peel

$149

Single visit · no downtime

Oxygen and 5% lactic acid, layered on and self neutralizing. The gentlest protocol in The Glow Lab Peel Series, and the one most people start on. Brightening, pore refinement and a real reduction in pigment.

Who it suits: you have never had a peel, or your skin is reactive and you want results with nothing to hide from afterward. No prep period and no prior peels required.

Book this peel

For active congestion

Acne Oxygen Peel

$175

Single visit · no downtime

Salicylic acid, AHAs and oxygen, aimed straight at what is breaking out. It calms inflammation, reduces oil and acne bacteria, and clears surface buildup.

Who it suits: you want to do something about active congestion now, without committing to a full program. Not used in pregnancy or nursing, where we run the Essential Oxygen Regenerative Peel instead.

Cleared for rosacea

Essential Peptide Perfection Peel

$175

Single visit

A 15% AHA blend of mandelic, malic and lactic acid carried on 6 peptides, cushioned so it works slowly instead of sharply. Brightening and collagen support without provoking your barrier.

Who it suits: rosacea, redness and reactive skin. This is the only peel in the series we clear for rosacea, and a beautiful first peel if you have been told your skin cannot handle one.

Smoothest single visit

Dermaplane + Peel

$199

Single visit

We remove vellus hair and surface dead cells with a blade, then treat the fresh skin underneath with a very superficial peel.

Who it suits: you already love dermaplaning and want more from the appointment, or you are prepping for an event, a wedding or photos. Book it 10 to 14 days out, never the week of.

The entry HydraFacial tier

HydraFacial Express

$215

Single visit · no downtime

Cleansing, resurfacing and serum delivery in one continuous pass under a controlled vacuum. Nothing is pressed, pinched or forced, and it gets its own appointment rather than sharing one with a peel.

Who it suits: dullness, blocked pores and skin that flares at the smallest provocation. Express is the first of the 3 tiers, and your assessment sets which one you are on.

What happens next

One visit is a starting point, not the whole answer

A single treatment tells us how your skin behaves. What changes skin and keeps it changed is the order things happen in and the spacing between them, which is what a Plan or a membership is for.

Every Plan at The Glow Lab moves through the same 4 phases. Stabilize, so inflammation comes down and the barrier is regulated. Correct, where we treat the actual issue. Refine, for texture and collagen. Then Maintain, so the work holds instead of resetting.

There are 4 Plans, each calibrated for a different outcome, and a membership if you would rather spread maintenance across monthly payments than pay upfront. Nobody has to decide on the first visit.

Nothing is decided at the front desk. Your plan is mapped in the room, with your skin in front of us.
Your money moves with you. If your Glow Report shows you bought the wrong Plan for your skin, the value moves to the right one. We move you before we start, every time.
