This is our entry-level acne peel and the fastest way to do something about active breakouts without committing to a program. A salicylic acid cleanse reduces oil and acne bacteria, then a layered oxygen and lactic acid solution goes to work on inflammation and congestion. Self-neutralizing. No downtime.

Who it isn't for

Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding — it contains salicylic acid. Book the Essential Oxygen Regenerative Peel instead; it does much of the same work without it.

One thing to know

Peels don't include extractions. No steam, no hot towels, no squeezing — that's deliberate, because manipulating inflamed skin is how you make acne worse. If you need decongestion, that's a HydraFacial or a NeoClear visit. HydraFacial is booked as a separate appointment; NeoClear can be added to the same visit as your peel.

How it works in a series

6 to 8 treatments, two weeks apart, increasing from 1 to 2 layers up to a maximum of 4. Then monthly maintenance. If you're also having Aerolase NeoClear, it can be performed in the same session as your peel. Dermapen 4 we alternate 14 to 21 days apart from your peels.

What to expect

During: redness, tingling or itching.
