Strong Skin Plan™ | The Glow Lab
The Glow Lab Strong Skin Plan™
Collagen leaves without telling you.
Rebuilding it takes 6 visits and a calendar you can see.
One program for laxity, fine lines and firmness. 6 visits across 16 to 20 weeks. The Aerolase Neo Elite runs at every one, and your second modality is either peels or Dermapen 4 microneedling, decided at your assessment. Both VISIA scans, blue LED on visits 2, 4 and 6, a $150 product credit and a 4oz Hale Derma sit inside the price. $2,450.

Open a visit
Your 16 weeks
Dermapen 4 sets the clock on this one, so your visits sit further apart than the other 2 programs and the whole thing runs longer. The map below shows the microneedling track. The peel track runs the same 6 visits, with the Aerolase at every one and peels as the second thing instead. Open any visit and you get what runs that day, why it runs then, how long you’re in the room, and what your skin does afterwards.
Your first VISIA Gen 7 Glow Report happens before anything else. It scores you across texture, pores, wrinkles, UV damage, spots and redness, and that becomes the number your last visit gets measured against. Then the Aerolase Neo Elite and Dermapen 4 in the same session.
The laser heats the deeper tissue and holds it at temperature, which is the signal your body reads to build. Dermapen 4 makes thousands of controlled microchannels, and your fibroblasts get their instructions before you reach the car. We numb you first, so the session is pressure and vibration more than anything sharp.
90 minute booking. Redness like a sunburn for 24 to 48 hours, makeup from day 3. Book a Thursday and you’re settled by the weekend.
Aerolase and blue LED, with no Dermapen 4. Underneath, your fibroblasts are building fresh collagen and elastin into the spaces the channels left. Skin feels smoother and takes product better, because the barrier has rebuilt itself with new material.
A second Dermapen 4 stimulus this soon would interrupt the build you already paid for. The laser adds heat without breaking the surface, so it stacks onto the work in progress rather than restarting it.
60 minute booking. A few hours of warmth and nothing to hide from. This is the visit people are surprised by, because it costs them no downtime at all.
The Aerolase, then Dermapen 4 again. 6 weeks have passed since your first session, which sits past the 4 week minimum Dermapen 4 holds, and the skin taking this one is different skin from the skin that took the first.
2 sessions in, most people notice a change in how their makeup sits before they notice a line. Structure moves slower than surface, and it lasts longer once it moves.
90 minute booking. Redness 24 to 48 hours, light flaking around day 3, same as visit 1.
Aerolase and blue LED. The same sessions working on firmness also work on the tone, the pores and the sun damage that arrived alongside the laxity, which is how one laser covers 3 complaints on the same visit.
By now your first Dermapen 4 session is around 10 weeks old, and new collagen keeps forming for 3 to 6 months after every one. 3 separate builds are running inside your skin at the same time on this date.
60 minute booking. No downtime, and a good week to book anything social.
The Aerolase, then your third Dermapen 4 session. 3 sessions is the therapeutic floor for collagen remodelling, and it’s the number that separates a glow from structural change. A 2 session package sells better and builds you something that fades by month 2.
Scar edges soften, pores sit tighter, and the light stops catching your cheek the way it did in side-on photos. This is the point where a scan can see what your mirror has been arguing about.
90 minute booking. Redness 24 to 48 hours. Your last one.
Aerolase and blue LED one more time, then your second VISIA Glow Report on the same machine that took your baseline. Texture, pores, wrinkles, UV damage, spots and redness, scored the same way, week 1 against week 16.
Your skin keeps building after this appointment. New collagen forms for 3 to 6 months past every Dermapen 4 session, so the version you were working toward arrives after the program ends. That’s the honest timeline and it’s why the scan matters more here than on any other program.
60 minute booking. You leave with a written maintenance plan and whatever is left of your $150 credit.
6 visits across 16 to 20 weeks. Your assessment maps all 6 before you pay for visit 1.
If this sounds familiar
The year everything softened at once
You didn’t wake up with a line. You noticed a photo, then a mirror in the wrong light, then your jaw in the phone camera.
Your products still work. They stopped changing anything. What shifted is collagen, and collagen sits under everything a cream reaches.
So the conversation turns to filler. Somebody tells you a syringe handles it in 20 minutes, and for a while it does. What you want is the tissue rebuilt.
You tried the retinol, then the stronger retinol.
You tried the once-a-year facial before a wedding.
You tried a single microneedling session and got a glow that lasted 3 weeks.
One session gives you a few weeks of glow. Collagen remodelling takes 3, and they have to be spaced.
Laxity compounds. Firmness you hold costs less than firmness you rebuild, and every year you wait adds sessions.
The mechanism
One laser at every visit, and the second thing changes
The Glow Lab Method runs stabilize, correct, refine, maintain. Strong carries the first 3 across 16 to 20 weeks. The Aerolase Neo Elite is the constant. Dermapen 4 arrives on visits 1, 3 and 5.
The Aerolase Neo Elite runs at every appointment. 650 microsecond pulses heat the deeper tissue and hold it there, the signal your body reads to build new collagen. No numbing, no gel, nothing on your face.
The same sessions even out tone, tighten pores and work on sun damage. Blue LED runs first on visits 2, 4 and 6.
6 sessions. The laser makes the visits between Dermapen 4 appointments worth keeping.
Dermapen 4 is collagen induction, so it works down where fine lines, laxity and texture live. 3 sessions is the therapeutic floor for remodelling. We numb you first.
Dermapen 4 holds a 4 week minimum between sessions, and it wants 14 to 21 days clear of a peel. That is why peels and Dermapen 4 never share a program. You run one track or the other.
3 sessions, about 6 weeks apart, past the minimum rather than scraping it.
Visit 6 closes with a second VISIA Glow Report against your week 1 baseline, same machine, same scoring. Texture, pores, wrinkles, UV damage, spots and redness, side by side.
New collagen keeps forming for 3 to 6 months after every Dermapen 4 session, so the result lands after your last appointment. Your $150 credit funds the home care through it.
Phase 4 is maintain, inside The Glow Lab Society at $369 a month on Society Reserve.
All 3 Glow Lab programs run the same way. The Aerolase at every visit, and the second thing changes. Strong takes Dermapen 4 on visits 1, 3 and 5. Clear and Calm take a peel from visit 4.
How we run it
6 rules we don’t bend
Collagen work rewards dose and spacing. These 6 turn a run of nice appointments into structural change.
Your scan places you before you pay.
A VISIA Gen 7 Glow Report scores texture, pores, wrinkles, UV damage, spots and redness, and we map all 6 visits at your assessment. If active acne or unstable pigment comes first, you move to Clear or Calm.
Dermapen 4 sets the calendar, and the calendar wins.
Dermapen 4 holds a 4 week minimum between sessions and wants 14 to 21 days clear of a peel. Your 3 Dermapen 4 visits land about 6 weeks apart, so Strong runs 16 to 20 weeks where Clear runs 12.
One laser, one dial, every visit.
The Aerolase Neo Elite is one machine. NeoSkin names it set for collagen and tone, NeoClear and NeoCalm the acne and redness settings. The laser runs at all 6 visits.
Blue LED on the laser visits, and it goes first.
Visits 2, 4 and 6 open with blue LED, before anything else, even when we’re running behind. Britt doesn’t run it in the same session as Dermapen 4.
3 Dermapen 4 sessions is the floor.
2 build a glow. 3 build collagen. A shorter version at a friendlier price would leave your skin where it started.
Homecare ships inside the price.
A $150 product credit and a 4oz Hale Derma, both yours from visit 1. What you do in the 3 weeks between appointments decides how much collagen holds.
The Rebuild, if you want structure rather than finish.
Same 6 visits and the same laser. The Aerolase runs at all 6 on both. The difference is the second thing. The Renewal takes either the peel track or Dermapen 4 microneedling, decided at your assessment. The Rebuild takes Dermapen 4 microneedling 3 times, which is where collagen comes from. Your microneedling interval is set at your assessment, usually 4 weeks, sometimes 3 or 6. It is $2,750.
What’s included
Your $2,450 buys the whole collagen build
You can see your jawline softening and you want the collagen work without a shopping list beside it. Here’s the whole Strong Skin Plan™, priced once, with what each part is worth on its own.
2 ways to run it
$2,450
The Renewal · 6 visits · 16 to 20 weeks
$2,750
The Rebuild · more microneedling, less resurfacing
One price either way. Everything included, no add-ons and no surprise charges.
Visits 1, 3 and 5
The Aerolase plus Dermapen 4
3 sessions, both things in one visit
The laser heats the deeper tissue and holds it at temperature. Dermapen 4 makes thousands of controlled microchannels. 2 different signals to build, delivered in the same appointment, with numbing before we start.
Best for
Fine lines, softening along the jaw, enlarged pores and the texture that shows up in photos before the mirror admits it.
Spaced on purpose. Dermapen 4 holds a 4 week minimum between sessions. Yours land about 6 weeks apart.
Visits 2, 4 and 6
The Aerolase on its own
3 sessions, no downtime
Heat without breaking the surface, laid on top of a build already in progress. These visits also handle the tone, the pores and the sun damage that arrived alongside the laxity, which is a second job on the same appointment.
Best for
The weeks between Dermapen 4 sessions, when your fibroblasts are working and your calendar has things in it.
Visits 2, 4 and 6
Blue LED
3 sessions, and it goes first
Blue light opens visits 2, 4 and 6. Britt doesn’t run it in the same session as Dermapen 4. It carries its own value here, because a thing described as a bonus is a thing that gets dropped when the room runs late.
Best for
Anyone whose last course of treatment listed LED as a courtesy and then charged for it at the till.
Visits 1 and 6
The Glow Report™
2 VISIA Gen 7 scans
Imaging scored across texture, pores, wrinkles, UV damage, spots and redness. The first scan builds your calendar. The last one puts week 1 and week 16 beside each other, on the same machine, scored the same way.
Best for
Collagen work, where the change arrives at a pace that hides it from you in your own mirror.
Yours from visit 1
$150 product credit
Spend it across the program
A credit on the shelf, with us, spent at whatever point your skin needs it. 3 weeks sit between your appointments and the collagen builds through all of them, so what goes on your face at home is doing part of the job.
Best for
Anyone with a shelf of half-used serums bought one at a time without a plan behind them.
Yours on day one
4oz Hale Derma
In your bag at visit 1
A full 4oz bottle, handed to you at your first appointment rather than recommended at your last. Your barrier gets it before the first Dermapen 4 session, which is when it earns its place.
Best for
The 48 hours after a Dermapen 4 visit, and the 3 weeks of building that follow them.

Who the Strong Skin Plan™ is built for
Book the assessment if
- Your skin has lost its bounce and your products have stopped changing anything
- Fine lines, larger pores or a softening jawline show up in photos before you see them in the mirror
- You want firmness built out of your own collagen, with no injectables in the conversation
- You’ve had one microneedling session, liked it, and want to know what 3 would do
- You want the whole calendar and the whole number before the first appointment
Tell us first, or wait
- You’re pregnant or nursing. Microneedling stays out during pregnancy and nursing, so we’ll book you something else
- You’re in cancer therapy, within 2 years of it, or under 5 years of remission. We need physician consent before we book anything
- You have an event inside 4 weeks. Dermapen 4 wants space around it and we’ll start you after
- You want a visible change by next month. Collagen turnover takes 90 days at a minimum and we won’t pretend otherwise
- Active breakouts or unstable pigment come first on your list. That’s Clear or Calm, and your scan will say so
Before you book
The questions we get most
Why does this program run 16 weeks when Clear runs 12?
Dermapen 4 sets the clock. It holds a 4 week minimum between sessions and wants 14 to 21 days clear of a peel, so your 3 collagen induction visits land about 6 weeks apart and the laser visits sit between them. 6 visits across 16 to 20 weeks is what that spacing produces. A shorter calendar with the same 3 sessions would break the rule that makes them work.
Is NeoSkin a different machine from the Aerolase?
No. The Aerolase Neo Elite is one laser. NeoSkin, NeoClear, NeoCalm and NeoCorrect are what we call it depending on what it’s treating that day. Your program runs the same laser at all 6 visits, set for collagen and tone, and Dermapen 4 is the second thing that joins it on visits 1, 3 and 5.
Is this instead of filler or Botox?
We don’t sell injectables and we won’t push you toward them. Every bit of firmness you get here comes from collagen your own skin builds, through structured laser and Dermapen 4. It takes months rather than an afternoon, and nothing has to be topped up on a schedule somebody else sets.
When will I see collagen change?
The glow arrives in the first weeks, often within days of visit 1. Structural change shows up between month 3 and month 6, because collagen turnover takes 90 days at a minimum. New collagen keeps forming for 3 to 6 months after every Dermapen 4 session, so your skin is still improving after your last appointment. Your second scan is where you see it as a number.
Why only 3 microneedling sessions?
3 is the therapeutic floor for collagen remodelling, and it’s the number this program is built around rather than the number it stops at. 2 sessions build a glow that fades by month 2. If your scan at visit 6 says your skin wants more, Society Reserve carries a Dermapen 4 session every 3 months, so the work continues without a second program.
Does microneedling hurt, and what is the downtime?
We numb you first and most people find it easier than they expected. Expect redness like a sunburn for 24 to 48 hours after visits 1, 3 and 5, with light flaking around day 3 and makeup back on from there. Visits 2, 4 and 6 carry the laser on its own, which leaves you with a few hours of warmth and nothing to hide from.
Is the laser safe on my skin tone?
Yes. The Aerolase is safe across Fitzpatrick I through VI. Its wavelength passes under surface pigment instead of aiming at melanin, which is why deeper tones get treated here rather than turned away or treated and left with a mark.
Can I have peels and microneedling in the same program?
No, and that is exactly why you pick a track. Dermapen 4 wants 14 to 21 days clear of a peel on either side, so running both inside the same 16 weeks would mean shortening one of them. The Aerolase runs at all 6 visits either way. The second thing is peels or Dermapen 4, and your scan decides which at your assessment.
What happens when the program finishes?
You move into maintain, the fourth phase of The Glow Lab Method, and that one lives in The Glow Lab Society. Society Reserve runs $369 a month. Your week 16 scan becomes the baseline we hold you against, which matters here because your skin keeps building for months after your last visit.
