Your 12 weeks
12 weeks is an abstraction until you can see the 6 appointments inside it. Open any visit and you get what runs that day, why it runs then, how long you’re in the room, and what your skin does afterwards.
Your first VISIA Gen 7 Glow Report happens before the laser comes out. It scores your skin across spots, texture, pores, UV damage, redness and congestion, and that reading becomes the number every later visit gets measured against. Then the Aerolase Neo Elite runs, set for acne, and blue LED goes on in the same session.
It happens on day one because a program you can’t measure is a run of appointments with a better name on it. You leave with your 4oz Hale Derma, your $150 credit open, and the whole 12 weeks written down.
60 minute booking, 45 of it laser. You’ll feel warm for a few hours and that’s the whole story. Makeup goes back on the same day.
Same laser, same setting, second pass, and blue LED again. The Aerolase works on the 3 drivers of acne at once, the bacteria, the oil production and the inflammation, down in the gland where creams stop reaching.
2 weeks sit between visits because your skin turns over a full cycle in that time, so the second pass lands on skin that has already moved. Most clients see calmer skin within days of the first session and fewer new breakouts by session 3.
60 minute booking. Nothing to hide from afterwards, which is the point of running the laser before anything acid arrives.
Third laser session, third round of blue LED, and the last visit before any acid goes near your face.
Britt’s own gating rule says nobody earns a corrective depth without a runway behind it: very superficial work first, plus 2 weeks of home care at Fitzpatrick I to III or 2 to 4 weeks at IV to VI. Visits 1, 2 and 3 are that runway. Most acne packages sell you the peel on day one and fall apart in week 3, and this is the difference.
60 minute booking. By now your inflammation should be down and your barrier fed. If your skin isn’t there yet, we hold the peel back and run the laser again, and your program price doesn’t move.
Blue LED first, then the Aerolase, then your first GlyMed peel, all in the same visit. It opens at the Acne Oxygen Peel, a very superficial depth, with a salicylic cleanse going after the bacteria and the oil and oxygen layered straight onto the active lesions.
It arrives at visit 4 because your skin earned it across the first 3. That is the whole argument for a program: the order is the treatment. 6 appointments booked at random deliver the same 6 things in the wrong sequence, at the wrong intervals, with nobody tracking what the last one did.
60 minute booking. Light flaking for 2 to 3 days, so we put your peel visits at the front of your week.
Aerolase, peel and blue LED again. The peel steps up one depth when your skin answered visit 4, and it stays where it is when your skin didn’t. We tell you which at the visit, with the reason.
Peels move one step at a time and a minimum of 2 weeks apart. Yours are 2 weeks apart by design, so the ladder and the calendar agree instead of fighting each other. A stronger acid on skin that hasn’t been prepared costs you weeks, and it can cost you pigment.
60 minute booking. Same flaking window as visit 4, 2 to 3 days.
The full session 1 more time, laser, peel and blue LED, then your second VISIA Glow Report on the same machine that took your baseline.
You see week 1 and week 11 beside each other, scored the same way, so the result is a measurement rather than a memory. You get a written maintenance plan out of that conversation, and whatever is left of your $150 credit is still yours to spend.

The Aerolase Neo Elite goes first, on its own. One laser set for acne, 650 microsecond pulses, no numbing, no gel, nothing resting on your face. It works on bacteria, oil and inflammation inside the gland, where acne starts and creams give up.
Blue LED runs in the same session, and it runs first. Push acid into inflamed skin and you buy pigment and a longer recovery.
3 visits, 6 weeks. This is the runway that makes visit 4 work.
From visit 4 a GlyMed peel joins the laser in one appointment. It opens at the Acne Oxygen Peel, gentle enough to book while you’re broken out, and climbs one depth at a time. Post-acne marks and tone move here.

Your microneedling interval is set at your assessment, usually 4 weeks, sometimes 3 or 6. It is $2,350.

Why does the peel wait until visit 4?
Because of a rule Britt holds on every peel we run. Before a corrective depth your skin needs 1 to 3 very superficial treatments behind it, plus 2 weeks of home care at Fitzpatrick I to III or 2 to 4 weeks at IV to VI. Visits 1, 2 and 3 are that runway, and by the time the Acne Oxygen Peel arrives at visit 4 your inflammation is down and your barrier has had 6 weeks of feeding. Prepped skin takes the same acid with a fraction of the reaction. This program is that rule turned into a calendar.
Is NeoClear a different machine from the Aerolase?
No. The Aerolase Neo Elite is one laser. NeoClear, NeoSkin, NeoCalm and NeoCorrect are what we call it depending on what it’s treating that day. Your program runs the same laser at all 6 visits and we change the setting as your skin changes, which is why one modality covers breakouts, tone and redness on the same calendar.
Will my skin get worse before it gets better?
Sometimes. It’s called purging, it means the program is working, and we warn you in advance so it doesn’t catch you out. It shows up in the first weeks and it passes. Visit 3 is where we look at it together and decide whether the peel starts on schedule.
Can I do this on prescription acne medication?
In most cases, yes. We go through your full history at your assessment and time the 12 weeks around anything you’re already taking. Bring the name and the dose, and bring your dermatologist’s instructions if you have them.
Is there downtime?
Visits 1 to 3 have none past a few hours of warmth, and makeup goes back on the same day. From visit 4 you get light flaking for 2 to 3 days as the peel does its work. We book your peel visits at the front of the week so the flaking lands where you want it.
Will it hurt?
The Aerolase feels like a warm flick. Its pulses last 650 microseconds, which is faster than your nerves register, so there’s no numbing, no gel and nothing resting on your face. Pat Orr, who has sensitive skin, put the pain level at minimal with next to no downtime.
What happens if my skin isn’t ready at visit 4?
We hold the peel and run the laser again, and your price doesn’t move. The same goes at visit 5: if your skin hasn’t answered the depth we used, we hold you there instead of climbing. 6 visits is 6 visits either way. The sequence adapts to your skin, the price stays where it is.
Why buy the program instead of booking 6 appointments?
Because acne answers to order. The laser has to settle the gland before a peel does anything useful, and the peels have to climb in steps with 2 weeks between them. Booked one at a time the same 6 sessions come to $3,469 and arrive in whatever order the calendar allows. As a program they cost $2,250, they arrive in sequence, and somebody is tracking what the last one did.
What happens when the 12 weeks finish?
You move into maintain, the fourth phase of The Glow Lab Method, and that one lives in The Glow Lab Society. Society Signature runs $249 a month. Your week 11 scan becomes the baseline we hold you against from there.
