Booking is done through our Jane App scheduling. We hold your credit card on file but you are not charged until your appointment arrives. No prebuy. No checkout step.

We hold your appointment in your name. We hold a slot, a room, a clinician's time. The policy below protects all of that. Read it before you book.
No charge.
Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice through Jane App. No fee, no friction. Rebook anytime in your member portal.
50% charge.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service to the card on file. We hold your room until then, and we can't always fill it last-minute.
100% charge.
If you miss your appointment without notice, the full Happy Hour rate ($229) is charged to the card on file. This includes arriving more than 15 minutes late if we cannot accommodate a shortened service.
