Your Total Face + Neck Collagen Restoration Program moves through the Correct and Refine phases of The Glow Lab Method, applied across both your face and your neck. This is our most comprehensive Confident Aging pathway, and it's paced for transformation, not maintenance.

Phase 1: Correct

Aerolase® NeoSkin® addresses tone, redness, and pigment across face and neck while initiating collagen support. Dermapen® 4 Microneedling layers in to trigger deeper collagen and elastin response in both zones, rebuilding firmness from underneath. The neck is treated with the same care and intention as the face, because it should be.

Phase 2: Refine

Once the structural work is in motion, we shift into refinement. HydraFacial® keeps your skin hydrated, decongested, and glowing. Aerolase® NeoSkin® continues polishing tone and adding ongoing collagen support so the result is even, lifted, and unmistakably your skin, restored.

When will I see results?

Is this enough, or do I need filler or Botox?

This program is the most thorough foundation work we offer. Many clients find it dramatically reduces what they need from injectables, and many use it alongside. It's about your own collagen, your own tone, your own skin quality. We map your goals honestly at consult.

What's the downtime?

Dermapen® 4 sessions typically come with 24 to 48 hours of redness and a sandpapery feel across the treated zones. Aerolase® NeoSkin® has minimal downtime. HydraFacial® has practically none. The neck can feel slightly more tender post-treatment, and we walk you through every step before you ever sit in the chair.

Can I do this if I'm already on a skincare routine?

Yes. A solid routine makes this program work harder. We'll review your products at consult and adjust around treatment days so everything supports the plan.

What about pregnancy or breastfeeding?

We do not perform microneedling or laser during pregnancy. If you're breastfeeding, we'll review timing at consult and let you know what's appropriate for where you're at.

If your consult reveals that the program you purchased is not the most appropriate pathway for your skin, the value moves to studio credit toward the right plan. We will never run you through a program your skin is not ready for. That is our ethical pacing standard, not a courtesy.

Studio credits. No cash value, non-transferable, usable across services, programs, memberships, and retail. Expiration as noted at the time of issue.

Retail. Unopened, unused products are returnable within 14 days for studio credit, with proof of purchase. Opened items, gift cards, and promotional items are final sale.

Memberships. Billed monthly with a 6-month commitment for treatment consistency.

Damaged on arrival. Email us within 7 days and we will replace it.
