This one is built for the woman whose skin flushes the second she walks into a warm room.
You'll love this if:
- Your cheeks, nose, or chin stay red even when you haven't done anything to trigger it
- You feel that constant low-level heat or stinging under the surface of your skin
- Photos make you cringe because the redness is the first thing you see
- Your skin reacts to almost every active ingredient you try
- You want a calm, clinical starting point that won't make things worse
This is your fit if you're a Tone + Sensitivity Stability client.
If your skin is more focused on active acne and breakouts or on aging and texture concerns, we'll route you into the Clear Skin Program™ or the Confident Aging & Texture Plan™ instead. We never put you in a treatment your skin isn't ready for.
Not sure if this is your starting point? Book a complimentary consult and we'll map your skin properly before you commit to anything.
Your Redness Relief Treatment sits inside the Stabilize phase of The Glow Lab Method, the phase that calms reactivity before anything else gets layered on.
Phase 1: Stabilize
We start by quieting the surface of your skin. Flushing, persistent redness, and reactivity are signs your skin is in a state of inflammation, and inflamed skin cannot hold any correction we try to layer on top. Aerolase® NeoCalm® works at a wavelength that calms vascular activity and inflammation without heat damage. HydraFacial® then clears, hydrates, and rebuilds the surface so your barrier has a real chance to settle.
What's included in this treatment:
- 1 Aerolase® NeoCalm® session focused on your redness pattern
- 1 HydraFacial® Express to gently cleanse and hydrate without irritating reactive skin
- A barrier-first homecare check so the calm holds at home
- Honest pacing guidance so you know what your next step looks like inside your Calm + Even Plan™
Why this structure works. Reactive skin doesn't need more product, more actives, or more aggression. It needs to feel safe long enough to stop firing. Calming the surface first is what makes every future treatment safer, smoother, and more effective. This is the trustworthy starting point your skin has been asking for.
Your timeline.
Most clients walk out feeling visibly calmer and cooler the same day. Redness softens noticeably over the following 1 to 3 weeks as inflammation drops. This single treatment is a beautiful reset, and most reactive skin responds best to a paced series after it. We map that for you at consult.
The honest version. Persistent redness and rosacea-pattern skin are managed, not erased. This treatment calms the fire, but consistent care and the right plan are what keep it quiet. We're upfront about that so you can plan realistically.
FAQs
Will this make my redness worse?
No. Aerolase® NeoCalm® is specifically built for reactive, vascular, and rosacea-pattern skin. It calms without the heat or trauma that typically backfires on flushing skin. We pace it carefully for your tolerance.
Is this safe for rosacea?
Yes. This is one of our most-used treatments for rosacea-pattern skin. We'll review your history at consult and tailor everything from settings to homecare so it fits how reactive your skin is.
What if I get a flare during treatment?
We adjust. Reactive skin is allowed to flare, and your plan flexes around it. We never push through a flare, we calm it first and then continue.
Can I do this in summer or with sun exposure?
Yes, with strict SPF and shade habits. Heat and sun are big triggers for redness, and we'll walk you through realistic summer protection so we don't undo the work.
What if I'm on prescription or hormonal medication?
Usually fine. Many of our reactive-skin clients are on prescription topicals or hormonal medication. We review every detail at consult so your pacing is safe and your plan respects what your skin is already navigating.
