• sensitive or reactive skin

This one is built for the woman who is scared to touch her skin in case something makes the pigment worse.
You'll love this if:
- You have pigment that keeps coming back no matter what serum, peel, or facial you've tried
- Your skin reacts easily, flushes fast, or feels unpredictable from one week to the next
- You've been told to "just do a laser" and your gut says that is way too aggressive for your skin
- You want to start somewhere gentle, safe, and actually paced for reactive skin
- You're done guessing and ready for a calm, clinical starting point
This is your fit if you're a Tone + Sensitivity Stability client.
If your skin is more focused on active acne, congestion, or aging and texture, we'll route you into the Clear Skin Program™ or the Confident Aging & Texture Plan™ instead. We never put you in a treatment your skin isn't ready for.
Not sure if this is your starting point? Book a complimentary consult and we'll map your skin properly before you commit to anything.
Your Pigment Reset Treatment sits inside the Stabilize phase of The Glow Lab Method, the phase most clinics skip and the exact reason pigment plans backfire on reactive skin.
Phase 1: Stabilize
We start by calming the surface, settling reactivity, and quieting the inflammation that fuels pigment in the first place. Reactive skin needs to feel safe before it will let go of pigment, and that means we lead with gentle clinical work, not aggressive correction. Aerolase® NeoCorrect® targets pigment without heat damage, and HydraFacial® lifts surface debris while keeping the barrier intact.
What's included in this treatment:
- 1 Aerolase® NeoCorrect® session (1064nm Nd:YAG, pigment intent, no LED)
- 1 customized HydraFacial® to clear, hydrate, and prep the skin
- A barrier-first homecare check so the work continues at home
- Honest pacing guidance so you know exactly what comes next inside your Calm + Even Plan™
Why this structure works. Pigment that keeps returning is almost always pigment that was pushed too hard, too fast. Safety-first pacing is not a limitation, it's the only way reactive skin actually holds correction. This treatment is your gentle, trustworthy starting point.
Your timeline.
Most clients leave feeling calmer and brighter the same day. Pigment is a slow shift by nature, so expect a softening of tone over the following 2 to 4 weeks. This single treatment is a clean reset, and most reactive skin needs a paced series after it to hold the change. We map that for you at consult.
The honest version. Pigment doesn't disappear forever. It's a pattern your skin keeps returning to, especially with sun, hormones, and inflammation in the picture. This treatment calms that pattern, but maintenance is what keeps it quiet. We're honest about that upfront.
FAQs
Will this make my pigment worse?
No. That's the entire reason we lead with Aerolase® NeoCorrect® instead of aggressive resurfacing. It targets pigment without the heat or trauma that typically rebounds on reactive skin. We pace everything for your skin's tolerance.
Is this safe for melasma?
Yes, this treatment is one of our safest entry points for melasma. We'll review your full history at consult and adjust the settings, pacing, and homecare to match how reactive your skin is.
What if I get a flare during treatment?
We adjust. Reactive skin is allowed to have an off week, and your plan flexes around it. We never push through a flare, we calm it first and then continue.
Can I do this in summer or with sun exposure?
Yes, with disciplined SPF and shade habits. We'll talk through the realistic version of summer pigment care so you don't undo the work.
What if I'm on hormonal medication?
Usually fine. Hormones absolutely influence pigment, and we account for that in your plan. We review every medication at consult so your pacing is safe and realistic.
