This one is built for the woman who is ready to invest in the full transformation, not just a few facials.
You'll love this if:
- You're dealing with layered tone concerns, pigment, redness, and texture all in the same skin
- You've done piecemeal treatments for years and you're ready for a complete, sequenced plan
- You want visible, comprehensive change in tone, clarity, and texture, not just one of the three
- Your skin is stable enough to handle correction and refinement work, paced properly
- You want the full lane, not the entry point, and you're ready to commit to the work
This is your fit if you're a Tone + Sensitivity Stability client.
If your skin is actively flaring, reactive, or in a melasma episode, we'll route you into the Melasma + Rosacea Stabilization Program first so we don't push too fast. If your concerns are more about active acne or aging-specific texture, we'll route you into the Clear Skin Program™ or the Confident Aging & Texture Plan™ instead. We never put you in a program your skin isn't ready for.
Not sure if this is your starting point? Book a complimentary consult and we'll map your skin properly before you commit to anything.
Your Even Tone Transformation Program moves through the Correct and Refine phases of The Glow Lab Method, sequenced for the full tone, redness, and texture lane.
Phase 2: Correct
We start by targeting pigment and tone at depth. Aerolase® NeoCorrect® lifts pigment without heat damage. BioRePeelCl3® gently resurfaces, refines surface tone, and accelerates cell turnover without raw downtime. HydraFacial® supports the barrier between modalities so reactive skin stays intact through the work.
Phase 3: Refine
Once tone is correcting and the surface is settling, we layer in Dermapen® 4 to rebuild collagen, refine texture, and lock in the improvements. This is the phase that takes results from "my skin looks better" to "my skin looks like a different version of itself."
What's included in your program:
- 6 Aerolase® NeoCorrect® sessions
- 4 BioRePeelCl3® resurfacing peels
- 3 Dermapen® 4 Microneedling sessions (swappable to HydraFacial® Deluxe for highly sensitive skin)
- HydraFacial® Deluxe support as needed within your plan structure
- Custom homecare guidance and ongoing skin reviews so we adjust your tone plan as your skin shifts
Why this structure works. Comprehensive change happens in layers and in order. Correct first, refine second, maintain forever. This program is the full lane because pigment, redness, and texture rarely live in isolation, and treating one without the others is exactly why most plans plateau.
Your timeline.
Most clients notice tone brightening and reduced reactivity within the first 4 to 6 weeks. Layered transformation, the kind that shifts pigment, redness, and texture together, tends to build between 12 and 24 weeks of consistent program work. This is the long lane on purpose. Tone correction is slow by nature and texture rebuilds through collagen cycles that take time.
The honest version. Pigment doesn't disappear forever, and skin patterns don't unlearn themselves. This program gives you the most comprehensive correction we offer in this lane, but maintenance is what keeps the results in place. We're upfront about that so you're investing with clear eyes.
FAQs
Will this make my pigment or redness worse?
No. Every modality in this program is paced and chosen specifically because it corrects tone without the heat or trauma that triggers rebound. We adjust at every visit and never push reactive skin faster than it can hold.
Is this safe for melasma?
For stable melasma, yes. For unstable or actively flaring melasma, we'll start you in the Melasma + Rosacea Stabilization Program first and graduate you into this program when your skin is ready. We map that at consult.
What if I get a flare during treatment?
We adjust. Your plan flexes around your skin, not the other way around. We never push through a flare, we calm it and then continue the program.
Can I do this in summer or with sun exposure?
Yes, with disciplined SPF, shade, and heat-management habits. In some cases we'll shift heavier correction and microneedling sessions to lower-UV months for safety. We'll walk you through the realistic version of summer protection.
What if I'm on hormonal medication?
Usually fine, and we factor it directly into your plan. Hormones drive both pigment and reactivity, and your pacing accounts for that. We review every medication at consult.
What happens after I finish the program?
You move into the Maintain phase of The Glow Lab Method. We talk through long-term care, memberships, and the right pacing to protect everything we built.
