The Skin Reset Facial lives in the Refine phase of The Glow Lab Method. It's the treatment we reach for when your skin needs to look polished, even, and lit from within, fast, without the recovery time of a deeper collagen session.

The treatment.

We pair HydraFacial® with Aerolase® NeoSkin® in one beautifully paced visit. HydraFacial® cleanses, exfoliates, extracts, and infuses your skin with serums tailored to what it actually needs that day. Aerolase® NeoSkin® follows with gentle, non-ablative laser energy that evens tone, calms underlying redness, and adds a quiet layer of collagen support so the glow isn't just surface-level.

Your timeline.

You'll walk out glowing. Most clients see their best skin around days 2 to 4 as the serums settle and the laser work softens tone. The visible glow lasts about 3 to 4 weeks, and a small layer of collagen support builds quietly across 12 weeks underneath. Real, structural change comes with repeated visits or a full program. This one delivers a beautiful, polished moment.

The honest version. This is a maintenance and refining treatment, not a transformation treatment. Use it for events, between program sessions, or as part of an ongoing rhythm. It will not, on its own, undo years of skin shift, and we'd rather you know that going in.

FAQs

When will I see results?

Immediately, then again at days 2 to 4 as the laser work settles. Plan it 3 to 5 days before any big event for peak glow.

Is this enough, or do I need a full program?

If you're maintaining results, refining between deeper treatments, or prepping for an event, one Skin Reset Facial is often perfect. If you're trying to address fine lines, firmness, or visible aging at the structural level, we'll honestly tell you that a program will get you further.

What's the downtime?

Practically none. Expect a flushed, glowy look for a few hours. You can wear makeup the next day and most clients head straight back to their day.

Can I do this if I'm already on a skincare routine?

Yes, and we love when clients come in with a strong routine. We'll review your products at consult and let you know if anything needs to pause around the treatment.

What about pregnancy or breastfeeding?

HydraFacial® can often be modified safely during pregnancy, but Aerolase® NeoSkin® is not performed during pregnancy. We'll talk through your options at consult and offer a modified version if it fits where you're at.

Every plan at The Glow Lab is built specifically for your skin, your phase, and your goals. Because of that, all services, programs, and memberships are final sale.

But here is what we will always do for you.

If your consult reveals that the program you purchased is not the most appropriate pathway for your skin, the value moves to studio credit toward the right plan. We will never run you through a program your skin is not ready for. That is our ethical pacing standard, not a courtesy.

Studio credits. No cash value, non-transferable, usable across services, programs, memberships, and retail. Expiration as noted at the time of issue.

Retail. Unopened, unused products are returnable within 14 days for studio credit, with proof of purchase. Opened items, gift cards, and promotional items are final sale.

Memberships. Billed monthly with a 6-month commitment for treatment consistency.

Damaged on arrival. Email us within 7 days and we will replace it.
