Acne Peel Treatment

Please read before booking — this treatment has three prerequisites.

1. 1 to 3 very superficial peels completed
2. Active home care for 2 weeks (Fitzpatrick I–III) or 2 to 4 weeks (Fitzpatrick IV–VI)
3. You must have had the Essential Oxygen Regenerative Peel and the Essential 30% Glycolic & Lactic Peel on their own, in separate previous appointments, before we layer them

That third one matters most. We don't combine two peels on skin that hasn't handled each of them alone — if something reacts, we need to know which one did it.

Our deepest acne treatment. Oxygen laid down first, then a 30% glycolic and lactic blend layered on top. Salicylic acid in the cleanse. This is the correction-phase peel — for acne that's stabilized but left marks, texture and pigment behind.

What it does

• All grades of acne where the very superficial series has plateaued
• Post-acne pigmentation and uneven texture alongside active lesions
• Salicylic, oxygen and a 30% AHA blend working in one treatment

Why the layered peel goes on first

The oxygen solution self-neutralizes and needs 3 to 5 minutes to do it. The timed peel on top can be removed the moment your skin says enough. That order gives us control — it's not arbitrary.

Who it isn't for

Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding — salicylic acid, and a 30% AHA.

Season

Fall and winter preferred, unless you're strict with SPF and mostly indoors.

How it works in a series

6 to 8 treatments, two weeks apart. Maximum 2 layers of oxygen. The 30% AHA starts at 2 to 4 minutes and builds to a 10-minute ceiling — lower than when it's used alone, because two peels are working at once.

Can be paired with Aerolase NeoClear in the same session. Alternates 14 to 21 days from Dermapen 4.

What to expect

During: redness, tingling or itching.
After: redness, mild flaking or dryness.
