Your monthly treatment, your choice

Pick ONE Signature treatment each month from your Member Hub by the 5th:

Option A: HydraFacial Deluxe + Custom Booster (60 minutes) A premium HydraFacial with a custom booster selected based on your current concern (brightening, calming, clarifying) in place of the standard lymphatic. For the months your skin needs deep hydration, glow, and barrier support.

Option B: Dermaplane + Chemical Peel + LED Dermaplane removes peach fuzz and dead surface skin. The Chemical Peel renews. The LED supports recovery. For the months your skin needs more turnover and resurfacing.

Switch between them month to month based on what your skin is doing. That's the whole point of Signature.

Your monthly rhythm

  1. By the 5th of each month, choose your treatment in your Member Hub
  2. We hold your standing appointment that week
  3. You come in for your chosen treatment
  4. Every 3 months, you also get a 15-min skin review with Britt to recalibrate
  5. Your skin moves from reactive to stable, predictable, and glowing

Your first month

  • Welcome email with your Member Hub login arrives after checkout
  • We'll reach out within 24 hours to book your first Signature treatment
  • You'll choose your treatment in the Member Hub
  • Monthly billing starts on signup date and repeats every 30 days
  • Your first quarterly skin review is scheduled for month 3

  • Miss a month? Treatment banks for 90 days.
  • Vacation, surgery, pregnancy? Pause up to 60 days a year.
  • Want a friend to try? Every 3 months you unlock 1 transferable gift token.

  • You're a committed maintenance client. You're already in our world. You want a structured monthly rhythm with choice within it.
  • You're stabilizing tone, redness, or sensitivity. HF Deluxe + Custom Booster and Dermaplane + Chemical Peel + LED are calm correction treatments that hold reactive skin in balance.
  • You want quarterly time with Britt. 15-min review every 3 months. Real care, real recalibration. Not a punch card.
  • You want flexibility without complexity. Two treatment options each month, picked based on what your skin needs.

Not the right fit if...

  • You want premium clinical services (Aerolase, Microneedling Face + Neck) monthly. That's Reserve.
  • You're just starting a maintenance routine and want the simplest option. That's Essential.

Founder pricing

The first 25 Society members (12 Signature spots) lock their monthly rate for life at $219/month. Founder window: June 1 to June 30, 2026, or until all 12 Signature founder spots fill, whichever first.

Standing terms

  • 3-month minimum commitment. Cancel anytime after with 30 days written notice.
  • Annual prepay: 10 months paid for 12 months. Refundable within 14 days.
  • Treatment selection deadline: 5th of each month. Default to most recent if missed.
  • Quarterly reviews: Non-cumulative if missed.
  • Banking: 90 days, max 3 banked. Forfeits at cancellation.
  • Pause: Up to 60 days/year. Founder rate stays locked.
  • Tier changes: Anytime with 30 days notice. No tier-shopping within 90 days.
  • Refunds: No refunds on monthly billing once service window opens. Annual prepay refunds within 14 days only.
  • Founder rate forfeit: Membership lapse (failed payment over 30 days, voluntary cancellation) forfeits the founder rate.

FAQs

How do I choose my monthly treatment? Log into your Member Hub by the 5th. If you don't select, defaults to your most recent choice.

Can I switch mid-month? Yes, up to 48 hours before your appointment.

What does the 15-min skin review cover? Britt looks at your skin, asks what's changed, and gives you direction for the next quarter. You leave with a plan.

Can I add LED or boosters as add-ons? Yes. Any non-included upgrades book at member rate at the appointment.

Can I downgrade to Essential? Anytime with 30 days notice. Your founder rate at Signature stays locked if you upgrade back later.

Will my founder rate ever change? No. Lifetime locked.
