Society Essential is the Maintain phase of The Glow Lab Method (Stabilize → Correct → Refine → Maintain). It runs in monthly rhythm so your skin stays calm, clear, and consistent without you needing to think about what to book next.

Your first month

  • After checkout, you'll receive a welcome email with your Member Hub login
  • We'll reach out within 24 hours to book your first Express HF + Dermaplane
  • Your monthly billing starts on your signup date and repeats every 30 days

What if life happens?

  • Miss a month? Your treatment banks for 90 days. Use it whenever you're back.
  • Vacation, surgery, pregnancy? Pause your membership up to 60 days a year.
  • Want a friend to try or give it as a gift? Every 3 months you unlock 1 transferable gift token.

This tier is for you if...

  • You're starting a maintenance routine for the first time. You've been hearing about consistency. You're ready to actually live it.
  • You've completed a Glow Lab Plan or Program. You finished the correction phase. The Society is what holds your result.
  • You want clarity, not complexity. One treatment. Same week every month. Done.
  • You're new to The Glow Lab and want a low-commitment way in. Three-month minimum, then cancel anytime. The Society is your standing seat in the room.

Not the right fit if...

  • You want premium clinical services (Aerolase, Microneedling Face + Neck) included monthly. That's Reserve.
  • You want choice between multiple treatments each month. That's Signature.

Founder pricing

The first 25 Society members (5 Essential spots) lock their monthly rate for life at $139/month. Founder rate is yours as long as your membership stays active without lapse. Founder window: June 1 to June 30, 2026, or until all 5 Essential founder spots fill, whichever first.

Standing terms

  • 3-month minimum commitment. After that, cancel anytime with 30 days written notice through your Member Hub.
  • Annual prepay: 10 months paid for 12 months of service. Refundable within 14 days. Non-refundable after.
  • Banking: Treatments bank for 90 days. Max 3 banked at any time. Banking forfeits at cancellation.
  • Pause: Up to 60 days per calendar year. Billing pauses. Membership term extends. Founder rate stays locked.
  • Tier changes: Anytime with 30 days notice. No tier-shopping within 90 days.
  • Member perks may not be combined with active promotions or discount codes.
  • Refunds: No refunds on monthly billing once your service window opens. Annual prepay refunds within 14 days only.
  • Founder rate forfeit: If your membership lapses (failed payment over 30 days, voluntary cancellation), the founder rate is forfeited.

FAQs

What if I miss a month? Your treatment banks for 90 days. Use it whenever.

Can I upgrade to Signature or Reserve later? Yes, anytime with 30 days notice. Founder rate moves with you if founder spots are still available at the new tier.

Do products come with my membership? No. Service-focused. Take-home skincare at standard rates in clinic.

Can I add other treatments on top? Yes. Book any non-membership service at our standard rates, or add upgrades to your monthly treatment (LED, lip flip, etc.) at the appointment.

Will my founder rate ever change? No. Lifetime locked, as long as your membership stays active without lapse.
