All sales are final. The Glow Lab does not offer refunds on:

• Services (rendered or unrendered)
• Packages or prepaid treatment series
• Deposits or prepayments
• Promotional or discounted treatments
• Gift cards or credits

This policy applies without exception, including dissatisfaction with results, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances.

Treatment Credit Policy (No Refunds – Credit Only)

In rare cases where a client cannot complete a prepaid series or plan, treatment credit may be issued at the discretion of management.

If approved:

• Services already rendered will be deducted at the full single-session rate
• Remaining value will be converted into a non-refundable, non-transferable clinic credit
• Credit cannot be applied to gift cards or third-party services
• Treatment credits do not expire, but are subject to future price changes

Product Returns

Retail skincare products may be returned for store credit only if:

• Returned within 30 days of purchase
• Unopened, unused, and in original packaging
• Accompanied by a valid receipt

Opened, used, discounted, or final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
