    Your monthly treatment, your choice

    Pick ONE Reserve treatment each month from your Member Hub by the 5th:

    Option A: Aerolase + Express HydraFacial Aerolase NeoSkin for collagen, tone, and skin vitality, plus Express HydraFacial for hydration and clarity. Glowing, even, calm skin. Upgrade Express HF to Deluxe for $29 in-clinic at the appointment if you want.

    Option B: Microneedling Face + Neck Collagen and texture work across the face AND neck together so they age consistently. Smoother, firmer skin from jaw to collarbone.

    Most Reserve members alternate naturally — laser month, microneedling month, repeat — but you're not locked into a pattern. Pick what your skin needs.

    Your monthly rhythm

    1. By the 5th of each month, choose your treatment in your Member Hub
    2. We hold your standing appointment that week
    3. You come in for your chosen treatment
    4. Every 3 months, you get a 30-min skin review with Britt
    5. Your skin builds collagen, holds tone, and ages on your terms

    Your first month

    • Welcome email with your Member Hub login arrives after checkout
    • We'll reach out within 24 hours to book your first Reserve treatment
    • You'll choose your treatment in the Member Hub
    • Monthly billing starts on signup date and repeats every 30 days
    • Your first 30-min quarterly skin review is scheduled for month 3
    • Your first guest pass becomes available month 6

    What if life happens?

    • Miss a month? Treatments bank for 120 days (Reserve gets 30 extra days vs other tiers).
    • Travel, vacation, surgery, pregnancy? Pause up to 60 days a year.
    • Want a friend to try? Every 3 months: 1 gift token. Plus 2 guest passes per year.

    • You're a Plan or Program graduate ready to live in maintenance. You finished the work. Reserve holds the result with premium service.
    • You value time with Britt. 30-minute quarterly skin reviews. Not 15. Real conversation, real recalibration.
    • You want to share what you have. 2 complimentary guest passes per year for friends.
    • You travel or have a busy season. Extended 120-day banking and 60-day pause flex with your real life.

    Not the right fit if...

    • You're starting your maintenance routine and don't yet need premium clinical services monthly. Start with Essential or Signature.

    Founder pricing

    The first 25 Society members (8 Reserve spots) lock their monthly rate for life at $309/month. Founder window: June 1 to June 30, 2026, or until all 8 Reserve founder spots fill, whichever first.

    Standing terms

    • 3-month minimum commitment. Cancel anytime after with 30 days written notice.
    • Annual prepay: 10 months paid for 12 months. Refundable within 14 days.
    • Treatment selection deadline: 5th of each month. Default to most recent if missed.
    • Quarterly reviews: 30-min. Non-cumulative if missed.
    • Guest passes: 2 per calendar year. Calendar year resets January 1.
    • Extended banking: 120 days, max 3 banked.
    • Pause: Up to 60 days/year. Founder rate stays locked.
    • Tier changes: Anytime with 30 days notice. No tier-shopping within 90 days.
    • Reserve add-on: $29 Express-to-Deluxe HF upgrade is billed in-clinic at the appointment via Jane, not Recharge.
    • Refunds: No refunds on monthly billing once service window opens. Annual prepay refunds within 14 days only.
    • Founder rate forfeit: Membership lapse forfeits the founder rate.

    FAQs

    How do I choose my monthly treatment? Member Hub by the 5th. Default to most recent if missed.

    Can I get both Aerolase AND Dermapen 4 in the same month? Yes, as separate appointments at member-rate pricing for the second. Or alternate them.

    Can I upgrade my Express HF to Deluxe? Yes. $29 in-clinic at the appointment.

    How do guest passes work? 2 per calendar year, redeemable for an Express HF + Dermaplane for a friend new to The Glow Lab or 12+ months lapsed. Submit her name and email through your Member Hub.

    What does the 30-min skin review cover? Britt does a full skin assessment, reviews your progress over the quarter, adjusts your treatment direction, recommends add-ons, and answers anything you've been wondering. Bring questions.

    Can I downgrade? Anytime with 30 days notice. Founder rate at Reserve stays locked if you upgrade back.

    Will my founder rate ever change? No. Lifetime locked.
