What perks come with being a Glow Lab member?
Skin Members receive priority booking, 15% off all skincare, preferred upgrade pricing, and access to our full à-la-carte add-on menu each month.
Members receive a welcome gift and a locked-in founders rate. Members also receive a $100 treatment credit at signup.
Everything is designed to support consistent, long-term skin health with a luxury, members-only experience.
Do I have to use all my sessions each month?
Yes — Skin Memberships are structured around monthly treatments because your skin responds best with consistency. Sessions do not roll over. Each month builds on the last, keeping your results stable, predictable, and continually improving.
Can I customize my treatment each month?
Your base membership treatment stays the same each month (Advanced Hydrafacial® or Aerolase® + Light Peel), but you can customize your session with any of our member-exclusive upgrades.
Options include chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, LED, and zone upgrades like neck or chest.
What if I need to pause or cancel my Skin Membership?
Each 6-month term includes one pause. If you need to cancel early, the remaining term, there is a fee. This protects your locked-in pricing and the perks that come with your membership.

Can I upgrade my Skin Membership as I go?
Yes — you can upgrade at any time. Whether you’re moving from Hydrafacial® to Aerolase®, adding monthly enhancements, or wanting deeper corrective work, we’ll adjust your plan to match your goals.
What happens after my 6-month term?
Your membership automatically continues month-to-month at your locked-in rate unless you choose to change or cancel. Most clients continue long-term because their skin adapts beautifully to the consistency.
