Do I have to use all my sessions each month?
Yes. Sessions do not roll over, and consistency is key for results. We’ll guide you to stay on schedule and make the most of each month.
Can I switch the areas I treat each month?
You can alternate between eligible areas within your tier. Just let us know ahead of your visit so we can plan your treatment accordingly.
What if I need to pause or cancel my membership?
After your 6-month commitment, cancellation requires 30 days’ notice. Membership pauses are possible in special circumstances and may be subject to a fee. Contact our team directly at 604.679.2214 to discuss.
Can I upgrade my membership as I go?
