Yes. Once your purchase is complete, you can book through Jane or contact us if you'd like help choosing the best appointment time. Your treatments are added directly to your Glow Lab account.

How long are promo packages valid for?

All promotional treatments are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. This gives you flexibility while still keeping your skin on a consistent plan.

Can I purchase a promo as a gift?

Absolutely. Promos can be gifted to anyone. Just leave the recipient’s name at checkout or email us after purchase so we can attach it to the correct client account.

What if I’m not sure which promo is right for my skin?

Start with a consultation — virtual or in-clinic. We’ll review your goals and guide you toward the package that will give you the best results based on your skin concerns.

Are promotional packages refundable?
