This intensive protocol is designed to rebuild and refine the skin at every layer. By pairing DP4 Microneedling, the most advanced needling device on the market, with Aerolase Neo Elite’s 1064nm laser technology, we target both surface and subdermal skin concerns to reset and fortify the skin barrier.

This treatment series is ideal for clients dealing with acne scarring, large pores, crepey skin, fine lines, or persistent pigmentation, and is a favorite among those looking to rejuvenate and strengthen the skin long-term—without injectables.

Why This Combination Works

DP4 Microneedling uses ultrafine needles to create controlled microchannels in the skin, triggering collagen and elastin production while enhancing cellular turnover and product absorption.

Aerolase Neo Elite complements this by delivering non-ablative dermal heating, targeting melanin and hemoglobin to reduce inflammation, pigmentation, and redness while tightening and refining the skin from the inside out.

What to Expect

Each session takes about 60 minutes. Post-treatment, you can expect redness, tightness, or mild dryness for 24–48 hours. Downtime is minimal, and you’ll be provided with detailed aftercare to ensure optimal healing.

Results appear progressively, with the skin looking brighter, more refined, and smoother after each treatment. Full collagen regeneration continues for up to 6–8 weeks post-series.

This is a three-treatment series, typically scheduled 4–6 weeks apart for proper collagen remodeling.

Returns & Credit Policy

By booking a treatment, purchasing a service, or ordering retail products through The Glow Lab, you acknowledge and accept the following policies:

Treatment & Service Sales Are Final

All treatments, services, deposits, and series are final sale.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstance—including changes in personal schedule, dissatisfaction with results, or non-completion of a series.

Treatment Credit (If Applicable)

If you’re unable to complete a prepaid series, you may request treatment credit, reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Glow Lab management. If approved:

Used sessions will be charged at the single-treatment rate
Remaining value will be converted to in-clinic credit
Credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or gift cards
Credit can only be used toward future services and may be subject to pricing updates

Medical exemptions may be reviewed if accompanied by a physician’s note clearly stating treatment discontinuation is medically necessary. Credit is not guaranteed.

Product Return Policy

We accept returns on unopened retail products within 30 days of purchase, for store credit only, if:

Product is unused and in original packaging
Receipt is provided
Product was not purchased on sale or as final sale

Opened, used, discounted, or promotional items are final sale. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Is there downtime after treatments?
